Install: place Semi-Pro V.component in ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/, then rescan Audio Units in Logic Pro or your host DAW.

If macOS blocks the plugin, run this in Terminal:

xattr -cr ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/Semi-Pro\ V.component
